  • Is My QOLLR Durable?
    Absolutely! All of our QOLLRs are properly weather-sealed to prevent damage from water, dirt, and debris!
  • How To Scan QRs With Either Android Or iPhones
    Most recent Android camera apps alread supports scanning a QR Code just by hovering over the QR code while the "Camera" App" is open. If you still prefer a 3rd party app to do the job, "Scan" is a good one along with "QR Droid" or "Scanlife"! For iPhone users with iOS 11 and later, there is a QR Code reader built in the iPhone camera app. As long as it is enabled, it will do the job perfectly! (see our FAQ post about enabling this if you are unsure).
  • How Do I Enable iOS Camera To Scan QR codes?
    For iPhone users, this is usually enabled by default. But just in case it is deactivated, here's how to turn it on! Go to: Settings > Camera > Toggle-On "Scan QR Codes". This enables the iPhone to automatically scan QR codes just by hovering over a QR code while having the camera open!
  • Enable iOS "QR Scanner" in Control Center"
    iPhones have a QR Code Reader shortcut that functions much like an App (without the hassle of downloading anything.) To enable, go to: Settings > Control Center > Customize Controls > Enable the "QR Code Reader" Now, depending on your firmware version you can swipe down from the battery indicator portion of the screen or swipe up from the bottom of your iPhone screen to access the Control Center, and the QR Code Reader will be there waiting for you!
  • My QR Isn't Scanning?
    Every single QOLLR we make is 100% tested for accuracy and quality before being shipped. That being said, if your QOLLR isn't reading quite right at the moment, try the following: I) Clear dirt and debris from the QOLLR QR surface. II) Make sure there is enough surrounding light for the camera. III) Attempt to scan the QR from different depths (hold QR close to phone then slowly move QR away from camera, then reverse direction until QR reads). IV) Zoom halfway in camera then attempt to bring QR into focus!
  • I Accidently Damaged My QOLLR, Will It Still Work?"
    The QR code is designed and constructed so that it can take a beating and still function as it was intended. The QR code will still perform great with scratches, cracks, blemishes, or other small imperfections. However, if more than 30% of the QR code is damaged, it will no longer register. Additionally, if any of the 3 larger squares of the QR code's corners are compromised, it will fail to read as a QR Code. These rules go for ANY QR Codes! - not just QOLLRs.
  • Can I Change My QR Code Information If My Address Or Phone Number Changes?
    You bet! Our QR codes are dynamic and can be edited in case you have to move for that new job or have a new phone number! It's as simple as sending us an email at contact@qollr.com to process your changes.
  • Is My Data Safe?
    Absolutely, we will NEVER share or sell your data, EVER! We strive for perfection and we are equally committed to our integrity as a small but mighty company.
  • Do You Recommend Any QR Apps?
    For iPhone users with iOS 11 and later, there is a QR Code reader built in the iPhone camera app. As long as it is enabled, it will do the job perfectly! Shipping Policy

All QOLLRs shipped within the United States are shipped USPS First Class. Once your order has been custom-made, weather-sealed, and hand-packaged, you will receive an email that your QOLLR has shipped which includes a USPS Tracking # associated with it! Shipping usually takes 2 - 4 business days on average. 

Return & Exchange Policy

If you've ordered your QOLLR but it has not been made or shipped, you may get a full refund, no problem, no questions asked! Just email us!

If you've received your QOLLR and for whatever reason you are dissatisfied, or it has been damaged, you may exchange it for another QOLLR for FREE! Please email us and let us know what happened! Your original order's QR information will be imprinted on your new QOLLR (unless otherwise specified), and will be mailed to you immediately, free of charge -- QOLLR eats this expense! USPS Tracking # will be emailed to you directly once your item has been shipped!

Billing

The QollrID product service does not Auto-Renew! We believe that if you like our service, you'll come back when you get our 'service-reminder' email near the end of your billing cycle (with your 'loyalty-coupon' included)!

 

If you decide to move on, we'll miss you! But rest assured, you'll never receive an unexpected charge! We aren't one of those companies that hope you forget to cancel your subscription with us, just to get billed another time ... We're better than that!

Cancellation

If you wish to cancel your QollrID service before it expires naturally on its own, you may do so anytime by sending us an email. Please include "QollrID Cancellation" in the Subject Line, and provide us with the Order Number you received when you purchased your QollrID service initially, the Owner Phone Number and Full Name as well as the Pets name whose service we are to disable! We will end service within 24 hours of your notice. If you are cancelling within 14 days of the original purchase date, we will refund you your QollrID purchase (minus %3 + $0.30 of your original total purchase cost ... our payment processing company keeps that, unfortunately). Otherwise, if it's after 14 days, we'll send you a coupon to come back next time in case you change your mind! As always, if you ever have any questions, comments, or concerns about your QOLLR or QollrID service, please please please contact us immediately!!! Our response time has been within 1 hour for 100% of our inquiries thus far. We are truly here for YOU!
